Grants for students

The Congress organizers will provide a few grants for student delegates. In addition, the Congress registration fee will be waived for grant recipients.

To apply for the grant, it is necessary first to register on this website as a student (put a tick for "Student" in your profile). The online application form will be accessible via the "Grant application" item in the "Participant menu" in the right panel of this webpage. Applicant must fill in the online form for STUDENTS and upload his/her CV and cover/endorsement letter from supervisor/advisor by May 23th, 2021. Notifications will be sent by June 6th, 2021.

The grant cover/endorsement letter should contain a brief justification of your needs of the financial support and an explicit commitment that if the grant is awarded, the balance of the delegate's expenses for attending the Congress will be covered by home institution or obtained from other sources.
Students must also explicity state if they plan to attend the doctoral school.

Grantees will be required to declare in written how their grant will be used.
